The only method approved by the FDA for permanent hair removal.  It is important to know that hair grows in different stages.  The process of electrolysis is described by which a small probe is inserted into the hair follicle which then delivers treatment slowly into the papilla preventing any nutrients from being delivered through the blood supply.
